Duties
- Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist cooks in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
- Monitor food safety practices in accordance with health regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
