What You’ll Do
As an agent at KW Partners, you are the CEO of your own business. Your mission is to guide clients through the biggest financial decisions of their lives with expert care and local Colorado Springs market knowledge.
- Consult & Guide: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties with a "customer-first" mindset.
- Market Strategist: Utilize KW’s industry-leading technology (Command) to market listings and generate leads.
- Master Negotiator: Advocate for your clients to ensure win-win outcomes at the closing table.
- Community Expert: Stay ahead of market trends, local laws, and Fair Housing regulations to provide elite service.
- Collaborate: Partner with our network of mortgage brokers, inspectors, and fellow agents to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Commission-based compensation with estimated annual earnings of $40,000–$100,000+, based on individual performance
- No income cap – earnings are directly tied to your effort and productivity
- Independent contractor (1099) role

- A Valid Real Estate License (Required).
