- Shift: 12-hour Nights
- Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Travel Only
- 50-mile radius rule – no local candidates
- On-Call: No
- Floating: Optional
Weekly Pay Package
- Weekly Gross: $2,002
- Taxable Hourly: $21.00/hr
- OT Rate: $31.50/hr
- Taxable Weekly: $756
- Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246/week
- Blended Hourly: $55.61/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients for sleep disorder testing.
- Prepare and operate equipment used for polysomnographic studies.
- Monitor polysomnograms throughout the study.
- Document sleep study activity according to department policies.
- Identify sleep abnormalities, movement arousals, respiratory events, and other sleep-related activity.
- Provide appropriate patient support and maintain effective communication throughout the study.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in polysomnography/sleep studies.
- Minimum 1 year of sleep study experience.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Current, unrestricted RPSGT certification/registration through BRPT.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior travel experience required.
