Ettika is a fashion jewelry and accessories brand sold through our website and leading retailers including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Anthropologie.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our warehouse, inventory, returns, and shipping operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep e-commerce operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Returns & Inventory
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Inspect returned merchandise and determine disposition
- Restock inventory accurately
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders
- Process dropship orders for retail partners
- Allocate inventory to orders
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Create shipping labels and shipping documentation
- Help maintain same-day shipping goals
Operations Support
- Work within Shopify, ShipStation, and inventory systems (Apparel Magic)
- Monitor shipping exceptions and delayed orders
- Support wholesale and retail order fulfillment
- Assist with special projects and operational improvements
- Communicate inventory and fulfillment issues to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or e-commerce operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working on your feet.
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, ApparelMagic, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
