FULL TIME DAY SHIFT LPN -

Our LPN team is an essential asset to the Independence team. As an LPN you will deliver quality care to your house's individuals under the direction of a supervising RN.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Direct Support Professional's with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
- Updating guardians regarding individual's medical changes
- Basic nursing care
- Nursing input during staff meetings and ISP meetings
- Ordering medication & medical supplies
- Maintain individual's medical records
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio L.P.N. license
- Experience with residential services and I/DD population preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform lifting and other related tasks. (i.e. client transfers)
- Valid Driver's License with 4 or less points
