Broadway T-Shirt Company, a retail store located in Myrtle Beach at the Broadway at the Beach shopping center, is searching for a reliable and experienced person to help lead our team! If you’re energetic, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want you on our crew.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the team during nightly and weekend store operations

Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

Deliver awesome customer service and create a fun shopping experience

Motivate staff and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere

Handle cash transactions and close out registers properly

Receive, process, and stock incoming merchandise

Train and support new key holders and sales associates

Communicate with management about store updates and any issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail + supervisory experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment

Availability for nights, weekends, and occasional mornings

Able to work 30+ hours per week
