About the Role
Arizona Center for Neurofeedback (AZNC) is seeking a part-time Marketing Officer to support our growing Neurofeedback and Biofeedback practice in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building marketing strategy from the ground up and wants to make a measurable impact on a healthcare practice's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, SEO, social media, and email
- Manage and improve the practice's local search visibility, including Google Business Profile optimization
- Track and report on key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, ad ROI, and lead conversion rates
- Coordinate with outside vendors and agencies on SEO and social media management
- Support content development for the practice's website, email campaigns, and patient-facing materials
- Assist with referral program initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate with practice leadership to align marketing initiatives with quarterly growth targets
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or a related service industry
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic analytics tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Prior experience in a small business or startup-like environment is a plus
- Bachelors or master's in marketing is recommended but not required.

Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time, hourly / monthly position based in Scottsdale, AZ, paying $20 per hour with increase depending on experience. The role requires in-person work on site, 4 hours per session, twice per week.
