We’re seeking driven, energetic, and coachable candidates who are confident communicating with customers and teammates while striving to exceed goals daily.
As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you will introduce customers to the latest promotions, devices, and technology solutions while delivering a high-level customer experience inside major retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a retail environment and identify their needs
- Provide tailored solutions through professional recommendations
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and features
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented store atmosphere
- Close sales and maximize opportunities through add-ons and upgrades
- Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Contribute to customer acquisition and retention growth
- Build strong working relationships with team members, store leadership, and market management
Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and connect with customers confidently
- Full-time availability preferred (part-time considered for top candidates)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
