We’re looking for a driven, competitive Medical Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities for leading healthcare clients.
In this role, you’ll prospect, qualify decision-makers, and schedule meetings through high-volume outbound outreach. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy turning conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Book meetings using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
- Present key clinical information and value propositions
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders and key accounts
- Manage pipeline and activity in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Track performance metrics and submit weekly activity reports
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings set, and pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or business development experience preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates
- Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone, generating opportunities
- Strong communication, persistence, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional sales acumen and growth mindset
- Must own a personal PC or laptop
