Prosper ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA services that empower children and families while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for our clinicians.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and monitor client progress
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- New York LBA or eligibility preferred
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
