We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to add to our growing team. In this role, it will be your job to assist our customers in the maintenance, repair, and beautification of their residence. There may be other additional construction related responsibilities as needed.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be asked to complete a wide variety of tasks. To accomplish all of this, you will need to have a deep familiarity with wiring, commonly-used tools, and various tasks. We’re hoping to hire a Maintenance Technician who has already completed an electrician apprenticeship, and preferably has a Journeyman Card.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Drive yourself to our job sites and assess their electrical systems
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair and maintain residential properties
- Ensure that you follow all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines while you work
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Formal electrician training
- Ability to use a wide variety of tools and techniques
- Strong customer service skills
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
