CLASSIFICATION: STUDENT WORKER
JOB TITLE: STUDENT WORKER - EARLY CHILDHOOD
Job Goal:
Interact with children, supervise activities, assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum, mealtimes, classroom cleanliness/organization, sanitization, guiding children in creative play, parent interactions, etc. for youth in early childhood programs.
Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in CUSD as a high school student

AZ IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, if over 18 years of age

CPR and First Aid
-
AZ CBC background check
-
Desire to increase knowledge of Early Childhood Education

Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency

Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
-
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
-
Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions

Able to work independently and collaboratively
-
Demonstrated adequate verbal and written communication skills as related to job function

Ability to obtain transportation to and from worksite without district involvement
