The Talent Development Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting learning and leadership development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and employee growth. The ideal candidate combines expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, project management, and change management with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Location: Remote (local to Conshohocken)
Salary: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs, including associated processes, resources, communications, and learning materials.
- Evaluate external learning vendors by establishing selection criteria, performing due diligence, and developing a centralized vendor repository to support both immediate and future organizational learning initiatives.
- Assess the current learning technology landscape by inventorying existing platforms, researching market solutions, and providing recommendations to enhance the organization's future learning ecosystem.
- Assist with integrating the leadership competency framework into talent management processes and support change management efforts related to the Workday Talent implementation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Leadership Development programs utilizing adult learning methodologies, including the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, engaging, and business-focused presentations.
- Strong project management capabilities with proven experience collaborating effectively with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while successfully managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
