What You Will Do
Manage Case Development
- Gather and organize case-related facts, documents, and evidence
- Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and third parties
- Assist attorneys with case strategy and case management
- Maintain deadlines, calendars, and case workflows
Analyze and Organize Information
- Review, summarize, and organize large volumes of documents
- Create timelines, witness summaries, and case chronologies
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential issues
- Assist with damage calculations and case analysis
Support Litigation
- Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
- Coordinate discovery and document production
- Manage court filings and case logistics
- Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, and trials
Serve Clients
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients
- Help clients navigate legal processes
- Gather information and documentation efficiently
- Represent the firm with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment

Qualifications
Required
- 2–5 years of paralegal experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
Preferred
- Washington employment law experience
- Experience managing discovery and document review
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
