- Primary job is to supports sales with entering orders, customer communications and order review.
- Assist with purchasing: getting quotes, enter P.O.s;
- Attention to detail is important
- Must be comfortable communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist salesperson with customer inquiries and issues.
- Sales support or admin experience required. Experience in metal sales or purchasing would be helpful.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Must have ability to multi-task.'
