Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage leads and track interactions.
- Communicate clearly in English, ensuring that all information is conveyed accurately.
- Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A background in customer service or business development will be advantageous.
