Join our team as a Parts Specialist, where you will be the link between our dealership and our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will leverage your automotive knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to assist clients in finding the right parts for their vehicles, manage inventory efficiently, and support automotive repair and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories using product knowledge and diagnostic tools.
- Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment to ensure availability of high-demand parts.
- Utilize dealership management systems (CMMS) and POS software to process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with service technicians to support vehicle maintenance and repair needs by providing timely parts availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized parts department by stocking shelves properly, conducting regular audits, and controlling inventory discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly via phone or in person, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work with body shops and other repair facilities to manage wholesale parts orders and coordinate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, or automotive service environments is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control systems such as CMMS or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with dealership operations including automotive repair workflows and dealership experience is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
