Job Overview
National Title Pawn is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple locations and lead teams to operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about developing employees, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires frequent travel between assigned stores and the ability to coach, train, and support Store Managers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Duties
- Provide leadership and support to multiple store locations.
- Train, coach, and develop Store Managers and team members.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and lending procedures.
- Monitor growth, collections, delinquency, and profitability metrics.
- Review cash handling procedures, customer files, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Create action plans to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching.
- Ensure stores maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture while maintaining high accountability standards.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
- Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Partner with upper management to implement company initiatives and achieve district goals.
- Assist with daily store operations, including problem-solving when necessary.
- Participate in employee orientation, training, and development programs to build team capabilities.
- Aid in scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and managing store productivity
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping tasks as part of financial oversight responsibilities
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation are essential.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development, supervising teams, and managing store operations efficiently
- Experience managing performance metrics and operational compliance.
- Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
- Comfortable handling confidential customer and employee information with discretion.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
