Crossroads Behavior Consultation
Salary: $86,000–$121,000 per year
25 billable hours per week
Job Summary
Crossroads Behavior Consultation is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Winnemucca, Nevada location. This position is a strong fit for a BCBA who wants meaningful clinical work, a manageable billable expectation, accessible leadership, and the opportunity to have a real voice in how services grow.
Crossroads is a long-standing, locally grown ABA agency serving rural Nevada. We are not a corporate ABA chain. Our agency provides clinic-based ABA services, school and community consultation opportunities, parent collaboration, mentorship, strong RBT development, and real ownership involvement.
In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help drive meaningful progress through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Join a rural Nevada ABA agency where our BCBAs are part of the actual growth of the agency and the community. They mentor staff, help shape clinical systems, support families, collaborate with schools and community partners, and make decisions that directly impact the quality of care children receive close to home.
This is meaningful ABA in a place where your work is seen, your clinical judgment matters, and your role has room to grow.
