JOB Oversees and /or performs a variety of complex projects. Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables. Leads cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meets all standards. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage, coordinate and communicate relevant information. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES This is a journey level position performing a wide range of highly technical functions within the department; assists efforts to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department and the county within general policy guidelines.
