Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the safe, efficient operation of all plant equipment
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and address equipment inefficiencies
- Support equipment changeovers with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Assist with building maintenance and ensure a clean, professional plant environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience in plastics or similar technical field
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions
- Forklift certification is a plus
