Contractors choose the jobs they want and we provide the platform, marketing, and client communication.
What You Receive

Who We Are Looking For
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Have reliable transportation
- Are dependable and arrive on time

- Pay close attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dust, and finishing details
- Can take simple before-and-after photos
- Are comfortable completing a background check
- Are legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must pass background check
- General liability insurance required or willingness to obtain prior to first assignment
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Types of Available Jobs
- Standard residential cleaning

- Recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning
This is a 1099 contractor role. You set your own schedule, choose the jobs you want, and are responsible for your own taxes. A 1099-NEC is issued for earnings over $600.

Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, implementing sanitation protocols, and using various cleaning detergents and equipment is essential.
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping is a plus for understanding detailed cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of outdoor work environments and outdoor surface cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills are necessary to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled windows.
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate cleaning machinery confidently is important.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication are vital for building trust and ensuring repeat business.
