Job Description: As a Service Technician at Rock County Honda, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You will diagnose and address mechanical and technical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and collaborate with our service team to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining our high standards of vehicle quality and customer experience. Wage Dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and panel replacement.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex vehicle issues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
