The Waiter/Waitress role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive table service, menu guidance, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, maintaining dining room cleanliness, processing payments, assisting with opening and closing duties, and working closely with kitchen and counter staff to ensure excellent service.
Candidates with previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience are encouraged to highlight their customer service skills, ability to multitask, professionalism, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
