Project Architect Level II Truckee, California or Steamboat Springs, Colorado
At Kelly & Stone Architects, we design highly crafted custom homes rooted in place, lifestyle, and lasting design. We’re currently seeking a licensed Project Architect with strong residential experience to join our team in either Truckee, CA (Lake Tahoe) or Steamboat Springs, CO (Rocky Mountains).
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration
- Contribute to overall design direction and project vision
- Work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Lead technical development, detailing, and construction documentation in ArchiCAD
- Collaborate closely in small project teams, typically 2–3 people
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong residential design and technical execution skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and construction documentation
- Experience leading projects and managing client relationships
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset
Salary + Benefits
- $100,000–$130,000 DOE
