Registered Roofing Consultants (RRC) or Registered Roof Observers (RRO) required.
Duties typically include:
- Responsible for overall management of roofing and building envelope projects for the commercial construction services, including P & L responsibility.
- Direct and execute roofing and building envelope project assignments including, engineering analysis and report preparation, field exploration and laboratory services.
- Provide senior review of proposals and reports, and ensure that commitments to clients are met.
- Client relations and business development activities
- Responsible for the mentoring and training of senior and junior professionals and staff professionals.
- Actively participate in professional and technical organizations.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
- 4 year degree in related field is highly desired
