What You'll Do as a Junior Services Representative
Process participant paperwork related to death benefits and pension-related requests
Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone support
Accurately enter and maintain data across multiple internal systems
Perform basic calculations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive participant information
Collaborate with team members to meet service level expectations and deadlines
Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality work
What We're Looking For
Previous administrative support or customer service experience
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Basic math proficiency and the ability to perform simple calculations accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working in a fully onsite, process-driven environment
Eagerness to learn, receive feedback and grow within the organization
