We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to have a profound impact within their job and in their patient's lives as a member of the Hospice team in Apollo, Kittanning, and surrounding areas.
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over first year of employment)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is responsible for direct care of our patients
- Competently perform basic nursing skills
- Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy
- Completes accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes
REQUIREMENTS
- Active and good-standing LPN license, with at least 2 years med/surg, hospice, or home health experience
