Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the everyday functionality of our agency. The ideal candidate will meet the minimum qualifications below:
- FULLY & fluently BILINGUAL- MUST READ, WRITE, SPEAK ENGLISH & SPANISH WITHOUT THE USE OF TRANSLATION ASSISTANCE ** EACH OF THESE SKILLS WILL BE EVALUATED AT IN PERSON INTERVIEW **
- Minimum 2 years office experience in customer service or client services, preferably within a call center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
- Ability to navigate iPhone & Android applications
- Comfortable working with technology
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- REQUIRED AVAILABILITY is Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (possible weekend/ after hours)
- EXCELLENT driving record, must supply driving record for last 5 years from DMV.
- Must be comfortable driving up and down the mountain as needed
- Livescan Fingerprint Background check required & MUST BE CLEAR OF CONVICTIONS
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills (both in English and Spanish)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with managers, office staff, field staff and external partners
- Must have a STRONG ability to multitask efficiently while remaining organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- MUST be comfortable working in a very fast paced environments with tight deadlines
- Must have a STRONG ability to work in a team setting as well as readily able to work independently
- Must be knowledgeable with Confidentiality/ HIPPA
- Must be able to supply strong professional references
Primary Duties
- ** PRIMARY DUTIES ** this is not intended to be all inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as needed and assigned.
- Answer high volume incoming calls daily and assist callers with range of questions and issues.
- Make high volume of outbound calls and other forms of communications
- Document all calls with detailed notes into the client files
- Compose and respond to emails/ work related communications
- Schedule and confirm meetings and attend meetings in or out of office as necessary. Must be comfortable driving long distances
- Assist and understand the onboarding paperwork process
- Meet with potential employees as needed and clearly explain the hiring process and assist in the completion of the onboarding paperwork thoroughly.
- Provide in office and field staff with necessary support
- Clean and Maintain Office Spaces, including clean and maintain kitchen/break/bathrooms
- Assist & Monitor Field Staff (proper policies and procedures)
- Weekly reports
- Audit high volume of information for accuracy and make correction as needed, including facilitating clarity of company policies and procedures to ensure they are followed.
- Complete special project assignments as assigned
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain detailed, accurate and up to date records & auditing of these records as needed
- Attend Marketing Events as requested by management
- Attend Training Events as requested by management
- Be a resource for all partners and clients
- Verify that field employees have proper documentation and equipment to complete visits properly
- Verify accurate documentation is filled out and handed in within the given guidelines
- Reporting all injuries / incidents to self and others in a timely manner
- Attend training and regular staff meetings
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and requirements are followed and maintained

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
