Residential Field Manager - Krystal Klear Clean, LLC

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights | No Major Holidays | No Weekends
$24-$26/hour to start
Opportunity for advancement to $28-$30/hour based on performance and leadership.

Krystal Klear Clean is looking for someone who takes pride in helping people succeed, enjoys solving problems, and leads by example.
This position is much more than cleaning homes. You'll be the connection between our office, our cleaning technicians, and our clients. Your goal is to make sure every day runs smoothly while supporting your team and delivering an exceptional client experience.
As our company continues to grow, this role will continue to grow with it.
What You'll Do Leadership
- Coach, mentor and support our cleaning technicians
- Perform quality inspections throughout the day
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance check-ins
- Recognize great work and help build a positive team culture
- Lead weekly employee challenges and recognition initiatives
Operations
- Support daily scheduling adjustments when needed
- Troubleshoot problems in the field
- Fill in on cleanings when necessary
- Communicate with the office regarding schedule changes and client concerns
- Ensure company standards are consistently being met
Client Experience
- Perform client walkthroughs when needed
- Address concerns professionally and quickly
- Maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Ensure every home meets Krystal Klear Clean standards
Administrative Support
- Upload and organize quality-control photos from Connecteam
- Help organize documentation and reports
- Assist with social media content by capturing before-and-after photos and videos throughout the week
- Support continuous improvement of our systems and procedures

Residential cleaning or management experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right leader with the right attitude.
