Compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards/requirement, as well as all MATC policies and procedures.
Required Education & Experience: Associate Degree in criminal justice or related field and three years of law enforcement/public safety experience (preferably some in a metropolitan area).
Required License/Certification: CPR; First Aid; AED certification with 60 days of employment.
Preferred License/Certification: Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board (LESB) certification as a Wisconsin Peace Officer or similar law enforcement certification (must be attainable) highly desirable. Possesses or is eligible to possess a firearms permit from the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Regulations and Licensing. Licensing is required within 90 days of employment.

Compensation: Hourly pay rates are listed up to the midpoint of the range and placement is determined based on years of experience, internal equity, and a review of the applicant's employment and educational background as listed on the job application.
