Position Overview
We are currently hiring Flex Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. Thisrole is ideal for dependable and professional individuals who value a flexible work schedule. As a Flex Security Guard, you'll have access to available shifts through theConnecteam app, allowing you to pick up open assignments that fit your availability.
Whether you're looking for supplemental income or a flexible schedule, this position offers the opportunity to work at a variety of locations while gaining valuable securityexperience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Patrol assigned properties and locations
- Monitor for suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Enforce property rules and policies
- Respond to incidents and document activity
- Communicate professionally with residents, staff, clients, and visitors
- Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift notes
- Accept and manage available shifts through the Connecteam app
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable working independently at various locations
- Must have a smartphone to access the Connecteam scheduling app
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, customer service, or patrol experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience writing incident reports
Schedule
- Flexible, on-demand scheduling
- Pick up available shifts through our app.
- Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available
- No guaranteed minimum hours; work based on your availability and open shift opportunities
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must follow all company policies and procedures and complete required trainings.
