Experienced Vacation Rental Housekeeper / Cleaner (Part-Time)
C’est La Vie Vacation Rentals is a locally owned, growing vacation rental management company based in Fort Lauderdale. We are currently seeking experienced housekeepers/cleaners with a background in vacation rentals, short-term rentals, or hospitality cleaning to become part of our team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, a welcoming and supportive work environment, and opportunities for long-term growth within our family-owned business.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general housekeeping
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Make beds and replace linens according to hospitality standards
- Take photos and video upon arrival and after cleaning to document the property's condition
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock guest amenities and essential supplies throughout the property
- Follow company cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnb properties, hotels, or other hospitality accommodations is preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be dependable and available to work weekends
- Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and communicate thoroughly
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and stay self-motivated
- Must be able to pass a basic background check
