Frave is a growing home fragrance company looking for a hands-on Production & Warehouse Lead to help build and eventually run our production and fulfillment operation.
We manufacture and pack products including reed diffusers, fragrance oils, room sprays, and other home fragrance products.
We are especially interested in someone who has previously worked for a candle company, fragrance company, cosmetics company, home fragrance manufacturer, or similar production/warehouse operation.
What You’ll Do
This is not a position where you simply supervise other people.
In the beginning, you’ll be working hands-on with us and building the operation from the ground up.
Responsibilities include:
* Filling reed diffuser bottles in different sizes
* Setting up efficient filling and assembly stations
* Installing caps, plugs, labels, reeds, and other components
* Packing finished products into retail boxes and shipping cartons
* Organizing an efficient assembly-line workflow
* Receiving and organizing bottles, fragrance, packaging, and supplies
* Managing inventory of components and finished products
* Preparing and organizing daily production runs
* Maintaining a clean, organized production area
* Training additional production and warehouse employees as we grow
* Improving production speed while maintaining quality
* Creating simple systems so production stays organized and consistent
* Eventually taking responsibility for the day-to-day production and warehouse operation
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who understands how a good production floor actually works.
You should be the type of person who walks into a disorganized production area and immediately starts thinking:
“We can set this up better.”
Ideal experience includes:
* Candle manufacturing
* Reed diffuser or home fragrance production
* Fragrance/perfume manufacturing
* Cosmetics or personal-care production
* Bottling/filling operations
* Packaging and assembly lines
* Warehouse operations
* Inventory management
* Shipping and fulfillment
Experience with small filling machines, pumps, labeling equipment, production tables, assembly lines, batch production, and warehouse organization is especially valuable.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
