Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Electronics Repair
Location: High Point / Thomasville/ Surrounding Area, NC (On-site)
We are seeking a motivated and professional sales representative to generate and manage phone-based sales for industrial electronic repair services and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to industrial businesses (maintenance managers, engineers, plant managers)
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
- Quote repair services and replacement components
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain CRM and track sales activity
Qualifications:
- B2B inside sales experience (industrial or technical preferred)
- Strong phone communication and closing skills
- Ability to understand or quickly learn industrial electronics (PLC, drives, boards)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience with industrial repair, automation, or electronic components
- Existing network in manufacturing or maintenance sectors
Compensation:
