Case Manager / Paralegal – Personal Injury Law Firm

The Role
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, your day-to-day will include managing active PI caseloads, coordinating medical treatment within coverage parameters, tracking case milestones, coordinating client care and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks on the path to settlement. You'll work directly alongside a dedicated attorney, functioning as a true partner in delivering results for injured clients.
What We're Looking For
Working in a personal injury law firm is a plus; however, we are looking for people who genuinely care about our clients, their ability to recover and for someone who is detail oriented. Familiarity with a case management system - particularly LeadDocket / FileVine - is a plus.
Specifically, we're looking for someone who is:
· Naturally empathetic and client-focused, especially with people navigating stressful, life-changing situations
· Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
· A clear, confident communicator across phone, email, and case management platforms
· A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what needs attention
Location
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Charleston office and applicants must reside in the Charleston, SC area to be considered.
Pay: $52,044.63 - $68,000.00 per year
