We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales and helping the agency meet annual goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a solid understanding of insurance products.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Engage in sales administration tasks, including managing client accounts and documentation.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
Requirements
- A valid MO property & casualty insurance license.
- Proven experience in insurance sales.
- Strong sales administration skills with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
