Belvedere Property Management LLC is a private property management company.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals responsible for the continued development and maintenance of private, historic property in Winnabow, North Carolina.
We are seeking an experienced Landscape/Grounds Crew Member to help maintain the health of the grounds on the historic property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and enjoys working outdoors.
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week with occasional weekends & holidays. 9 hours Monday through Thursday and 4 hours Friday.
Uniform and boots provided
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscape or grounds maintenance
- Working knowledge of landscape techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of landscape and grounds care, including mowing, pruning, and general maintenance.
- Operate equipment such as tractors, zero turn mowers and skid steers.
- Work as part of the grounds crew under the supervision of the Grounds Manager and Assistant Grounds Manager
- Be a team player and assist with duties outside of landscaping when needed.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a high standard of work.
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Landscape or Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
