*Overview*
We are seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage Restaurant To-Go Business and earn gratuities on top of hourly wage
- Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Assist with take-out orders and ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
- Collaborate with the service team to enhance guest experience
*Skills*
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment is a plus
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations efficiently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.15 - $20.00 per hour
