Your Responsibilities
As a Wellness Massage Therapist at The Body Bar, you'll be key to providing an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Performing 30-120 minute sessions across various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and Hot Stone.
- Products: Learning all the lines we carry (EMINENCE, PHYTOMER & OSMOSIS BEAUTY,etc)
- Setting up and meticulously cleaning treatment rooms between sessions.
- Assisting clients with pre-booking appointments and managing check-ins/check-outs when front desk staff are unavailable. We have full time front desk staff.
- Supporting daily operations, including laundry and maintaining clean, stocked session rooms.
- Sanitizing all surfaces after each visit to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Participating in off-site events to represent and promote the spa occasionally.
What We're Looking For
- Active Colorado State Massage Therapy License.
- Current Certificate of Insurance.
- An enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for massage therapy and the healing arts.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in prenatal/postnatal massage, reflexology, or assisted stretching is highly valued. Therapists with expertise in other unique modalities are also encouraged to apply!

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour, plus tips and commission.
Schedule Options: Morning, Afternoon & Evening shifts available. Must work (1) Friday, Saturday OR Sunday per week. Looking to fill Saturday especially.
Work Location: at our Lafayette spa. At 95th and Arapahoe.
