Who we are:
Swank Creamery is a chef-driven, small-batch ice cream shop dedicated to creating an elevated dessert experience. We make all of our ice cream, inclusions, cookie doughs, and drink syrups from scratch using premium ingredients.
Job Type:
We are seeking a full-time pastry cook to join our team and assist with churning ice cream, making cookie dough, and ice cream inclusions. The perfect candidate has a positive attitude and takes initiative. We are looking for consistent team members who want to grow with the company!
Requirements:
- Is reliable and punctual as we are a small team and every role is integral to our success
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work quickly and multi-task
- Must be able to follow established recipes to achieve brand consistency and quality standards set by the company
- At least 2 years of baking/pastry or relevant experience
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow established recipes to achieve brand consistency and quality standards
- Must be able to work afternoon shifts (11am-6pm)
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time as we make everything from scratch and do very detailed work

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience and performance. All employees receive tips in addition to their hourly pay after training is complete!
We do not work on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.
We are a growing company and there are opportunities for growth and advancement. After 6 months of employment employees will receive 1 week of PTO. Additional paid week off during our annual Christmas break.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
