cFocus Software seeks a Deputy Program Manager/Operations Lead to join our program supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This position is fully remote. This position requires a Public Trust or the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

7+ years leading federal IT or cybersecurity operations with experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs.

Active PMP, ITIL Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CISSP or comparable cybersecurity certification.

Expert knowledge of program operations, project management, Integrated Master Scheduling, risk and issue management, quality management, executive communications, operational reporting, customer engagement, resource planning, and federal IT governance.
Duties:-
Serve as the Operations Lead and act for the Program Manager during absences.

Oversee daily execution of Task Area 2 activities across all technical task areas.

Coordinate project managers, technical leads, cybersecurity personnel, and subcontractors to ensure successful contract performance.

Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.

Track staffing, workload distribution, resource utilization, and operational performance metrics.

Lead recurring operational meetings, action item tracking, executive status reporting, and customer communications.

Monitor contract deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with Government requirements.

Support program governance, change management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate Front Door Support activities, ensuring requests are properly triaged, assigned, tracked, and resolved.

Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports supporting Government oversight.

Support financial tracking, labor utilization, and operational planning for the FFP task order.

Ensure compliance with NIH, HHS, FISMA, NIST RMF, and organizational security policies.
