About the Role
As a Title Department Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team of title professionals, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on strategy, collaboration, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the title team.

Oversee daily operations, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of progressive experience in the title and escrow industry.

At least 1 year of direct people leadership experience.
