This isn't a repetitive production job. Every week brings new opportunities to use your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility will be producing beautifully finished materials that our installation teams rely on every day, including:
- Painting cabinet trim, fillers, mouldings, and finished components
- Staining wood materials to match cabinet finishes
- Preparing finished products that are installation-ready
- Maintaining the high level of quality our customers expect
When those projects are complete, you'll become one of our company's most valuable utility players by helping wherever your skills create the biggest impact.
That may include:
- Assisting cabinet installation crews
- Installing hardware, trim, and crown moulding
- Completing punch lists and warranty work
- Assembling cabinetry
- Helping unload and organize large cabinet deliveries
- Solving field challenges that help projects stay on schedule

Cabinet installation experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach installation skills to the right person. We're looking first for someone with an eye for quality finishes and the attitude to become an important part of our production team.
