Drain Technician | $20.00- $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:
- Performed residential and commercial drain cleaning services using snakes, and augers

Diagnosed drain and sewer line issues using video inspection and locating tools

Removed blockages and restored proper drainage and sewer system functionality

Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers

Maintained tool and equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation

Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls

Delivered excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, repair options, and completed work

Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using ServiceTitan

Managed daily scheduling, customer updates, and work orders through ServiceTitan

What We Are Looking For:
- 2 + years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing
-
Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment
-
Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Basic knowledge of plumbing systems

Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Willing to work in all weather conditions

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
