We are an online learning provider seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative for a contract position averaging approximately 35 hours per week. Candidates must be available during Pacific Time business hours, specifically from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST.
The ideal candidate is a professional and patient communicator with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This role involves frequent interaction with users, accurate recordkeeping, and high-volume data entry, so strong organizational skills and proficiency with spreadsheets are essential. Experience working with developmental disability services is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email/calendar systems
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
- Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work.
