RHYTHM Cycle & Sculpt is looking for a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor who can bring great instruction, personality, and energy to the room.
Our Mat Pilates classes are growing, and we’re looking for an instructor who knows how to create a class that is challenging, welcoming, fun, and keeps members coming back.

What You’ll Do
- Lead standout Mat Pilates classes that are safe, effective, engaging, and adaptable for different fitness levels.
- Bring the energy. Create an atmosphere that motivates members and makes class something they look forward to.
- Build connections. Learn names, engage with members, celebrate progress, and help create the community RHYTHM is known for.
- Teach with confidence. Provide clear instruction, thoughtful modifications, and encouragement throughout class.
- Create an experience. Help members disconnect from the outside world, move with purpose, and leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally.
- Be part of the team. Collaborate with RHYTHM instructors and leadership and contribute to the overall studio experience.
- Keep learning. Stay current on Mat Pilates techniques, programming, and ways to continue leveling up your classes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current Mat Pilates Instructor Certification required
- Previous group fitness or Mat Pilates teaching experience preferred
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable leading a room
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to teach multiple fitness levels and provide modifications
- Dependable, team-oriented, and excited to be part of the RHYTHM community
- Someone who genuinely loves people as much as they love fitness

Pay: $41.25–$74.25 per class/shift
