Job Description
Retrofit Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all field operations within the Retrofit Department, ensuring HVAC installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides leadership and support to installation crews, coordinates with project managers and office staff, conducts quality inspections, and promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Duties:

Supervise multiple retrofit installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projects.

Schedule and coordinate daily field activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Ensure all projects are completed according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

Perform routine job site visits to monitor workmanship, productivity, and safety.

Conduct final quality control inspections prior to project completion.

Assist crews with technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor requirements with warehouse and office staff.

Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
