Canvassing Manager – Home Improvement
Full-Time | Field Leadership Position

We are a premier authorized dealer for ATTIIC, a national home improvement company. We are in search of an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead our field marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be working alongside your team in the field, coaching in real time, developing talent, and driving appointment production.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop canvassing representatives.
- Lead by example by working in the field with your team.
- Motivate and inspire representatives to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
- Drive high-quality appointment scheduling for our in-home sales consultants.
- Conduct ongoing ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Create a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a door-to-door canvassing team is required.
- Home improvement industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and developing top-performing canvassers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to inspire others while maintaining high standards of accountability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
