Youth Athlete University (YAU), a leading youth sports organization serving Prince George's County for more than 15 years, is seeking energetic, dependable, and passionate coaches to join our growing Evening Sports Program.

Sports Opportunities
- Flag Football
- Soccer
- Cheer
- Basketball
Schedule
- Weekday evenings between 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturdays for games and events (approximately 5 hours)
- Occasional Sunday game days and special events
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor youth ages 5–14
- Teach sports fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership
- Create a fun, safe, and structured environment
- Lead practices, drills, and game-day activities
- Encourage confidence, character development, and positive behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program leadership
Qualifications
- Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or working with youth preferred
- Knowledge of flag football, soccer, cheer, basketball, or multiple sports
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, professional, and committed to youth development
